Entre cá e Lá, Outros lugares é o nome da exposição de Andreas Stöcklein, onde serão apresentados novos trabalhos de pintura, desenho, azulejo e desenho sobre papel do artistas. Esta exposição estará patente ao público de 15 de Março a 11 de Maio, na Galeria Ratton (Lisboa).
Entre Cá e
Lá, Outros Lugares (Between here and there, Other places) is the name of
Andreas Stöcklein’s new exhibition, that will present new works of painting,
drawing, and drawing on tile role of the artist. This exhibition is in Gallery
Ratton (Lisbon) and ends on May 11.

Andreas Stöcklein nasceu em 1957 na Alemanha. Frequentou a Academia
de Belas Artes em Dusseldorf, mas regressou a Portugal no fim de ter terminado
o seu curso, para iniciar a aprendizagem de técnicas de azulejaria, trabalhando
em restauro e reprodução do azulejo tradicional numa pequena fábrica em Lisboa,
acabando por desenvolver formas de expressão própria sobre azulejo. Em 1988,
instalou o seu atelier, em Setúbal, onde desenvolveu o seu trabalho enquanto
ceramista e pintor.
Em 2001 recebeu o Prémio Jorge Colaço de Azulejaria 2000 pelo
seu trabalho na Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa (produção Ratton Cerâmicas).
O
artista é representado pela Galeria Ratton Cerâmicas desde 1990 onde expõe
regularmente.
Stöcklein
Andreas was born in 1957 in Germany. He attended the Academy of Beautiful Arts
in Düsseldorf, but he returned to Portugal, after finished is course, to begin
learning the techniques of tiles, working on restoration and reproduction of
the traditional tile in a small factory in Lisbon, and eventually develop ways
expression of his own on tile. In 1988, installs his studio in Setúbal, where
he develops his work as a ceramicist and painter.
In 2001 he received
the Award Jorge Colaço de Azulejaria 2000 for his work at the Law University of Lisbon
(Ratton ceramics production).
The artist
is represented by the Ratton Gallery Ceramics since 1990 where he exhibits
regularly.
