On the 31th October I went to the Aristohour by Aristocrazy Lisboa. It wasn't only one hour of fun and aristocracy but also the opening of the Fall/Winter 2014-2015 collection at the store.

The brand arrived on the Avenida da Liberdade nº 163 on December of 2013, but last month it was my first time there.

I will just give you a sample of what was my aristo-afternoon.

No dia 31 de Outubro estive presente na Aristohour da Aristocrazy Lisboa, não foi apenas uma hora de diversão e aristocracia, como também a abertura da coleccção desta estação.

A marca chegou à Avenida da Liberdade nº 163, em Dezembro de 2013, mas apenas foi apenas no mês passado que tive oportunidade de ir até lá.

Vou mostrar-vos uma pequena amostra de como foi a minha aristo-tarde.

Helena is a professional in the area since 1985 and attended the best international schools as: Vidal Sasson, Tony & Guy, Mahogany, Rizzoz and Llongueras.

Helena founded her own salon in 1993 that is filled with a great architecture and style. After 30 years of career Helena is an unavoidable incon of the portuguese fashion and for consecutive times she was rewarded with the Best Hairstyler and Fashion Awards Portugal. And let's not forget to mention that she is also the official ambassador of L'Oréal Professionnel Portugal.

What I have to share today isn't exactly new, but it's going to rock your summer!

I already know that you love the music video G.U.Y. from Lady Gaga, but probably what you don't know is that a portuguese brand was chosen to be part of this great production. See the clothes and accessories that were chosen here at the Gaga Fashion Land. Today I am going to talk about that brand: Valentim Quaresma, hat actually is the name of it's creator.

Who is Valentim Quaresma?

Valentim:

Lives and works in Lisbon;
Studied in the School of arts António Arroio and in Ar.co’s Jewellery department.
Worked with Ana Salazar, the pioneer of Portuguese fashion, creating jewellery and accessories for her collections from 1990 to 2010.
Winner of the prize "Accessories collection of the Year" in the international competition ITS#7 in Trieste - Italy, and starts his own brand in 2008.
He participates in events like Bread and Butter Barcelona, 080 Barcelona Fashion, in Riga, Fashionclash Maastricht in The Netherlands, Cesis fashion art festival in Latvia, Bijorhca in Paris, MoBa13 "Fetishism in Fashion" in Arnhem, and Manupulating Surface - Portuguese Craftmanship in London, and others, promoting is own fashion brand.
Takes part in the official ModaLisboa annual calendar since 2011.
He has been the pioneer designer to present an all accessories fashion show in ModaLisboa.

On 24th of June I had a hair salon opening - the Hair, Rui Canento hair salon.

Rui Canento is a young hairstylist that since early worked for TV taking care of our dearest and adored portuguese public figures as Aurea, Bárbara Guimarães, Hérman José, Sónia Távares and so many others.

He worked in shows as "A Casa dos Segredos", "Ídolos", "O Homem que Mordeu o Cão", "Portugal tem talento" and others.

The opening was amazing and counted with Rui closest friends, bloggers, fashionistas and some public figures. The theme was Gin Party but what really emerged was the charming environment of the space and the cute epoque customs of the bartenders. See the pictures.Unfortunately I am not in Lisbon right now and I forgot my camera there. So when I return to Lisbon I'll publish my pics of the space.
